- {Prepare 2_4 drops of kewra essence.
- {Make ready of For Masala of Biryani🌺🌺.
- {Get 4 of big onions sliced.
- {Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- {Take 6_7 of tomatoes.
- {Get 1 1/2 cup of dahi.
- {Make ready of Dhania and Podina.
- {Prepare 1 tsp of zeera.
- {Prepare 1 of salt or according to taste.
- {Get 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- {Get 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- {Take 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- {Prepare 1 tsp of dhania powder.
Steps to make Kabab Biryani:
- Chop onions and green chillies in chopper take out and squeeze than put chicken in chopper and grind well till fine, add all masalay, cream and butter.
- Add onions and green chillies in it and chop for 2 seconds to mix well, keep in fridge for few hrs and than give seekh kababs shape with a seekh /skewers..
- Shallow fry them in very little oil (2_3tbsp) on hot frying pan till nice colour comes and kababs cooked from all sides, take them out and give coal smoke..
- Soak rice according to instructions and boil with cloves, star anise, bay leaf,green illichi, salt and zeera, add lemon juice when boiling n half done, it makes colour of rice good n won't let rice stick, when rice 80 percent Cook strain them and keep aside..
- Make masala 🌺 In oil or ghee fry onions, till golden, add ggpaste and all masalay n 5 tomatoes, cook till tender add dahi and few green chillies aur bhun lein masala than add 3/4cup water add cook till boil comes add all fried kababs and cook covered on dum add Podina. Close flame, masala should not be dry thora wet ho. Ab half masala plate mein nikal lein for layers. Note🌺Kababs daal ke spoon nahi chalen bus pot ko sides se pakar ke hila dein.
- Assembling 🌺🌺 Cut few tomatoes and onions in rings and mint, dhania leaves and green chillies. In a big pot put some oil than half masala than half boiled rice than layer of tomatoes n onions mint green layer sprinkle some kewra water again repeat the layer. Put tawa(griddle) on high flame for 5mins than low flame on dum for 20 _25mins, close flame..
- Take out carefully on a dish enjoy yummy biryani with raita n salad.
