- Grease the 2 big plate or thali and spread the spoonful of batter on each thali. Wait for 5-7 minutes..
- Now put red stuffing on one thali and spread all over on batter..
- Put green stuffing on another thali and spread all over the batter..
- Cut the khandvi on each thali lengthwise into equal portion and roll up gently..
- For the tempering- just before serving heat oil in pan,now put mustard seeds and curry leaves. When seeds starts crackle turn off the gas. Pour this tempering on stuffed khandvi..Serve hot and enjoy..
