The ingredients needed to make Biryani:
- {Prepare of less then 1 kg Rice.
- {Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- {Take 1/2 cup of ghee.
- {Get 2 of onion.
- {Take 4 of tomato.
- {Make ready leaves of Mint and coriander.
- {Make ready 1 kg of chicken.
- {Prepare 2 tbsp of National bombay biryani masala.
- {Prepare to taste of Salt.
- {Take 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder.
- {Make ready 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- {Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- {Get 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- {Prepare 1/2 tsp of kewra essence.
- {Get 4 of Green chili.
- {Prepare 2 of aniseeds.
- {Make ready 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- {Get 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
- {Make ready 2 of potato half boil in orange colour.
Instructions to make Biryani:
- Boil rice and add into aniseeds and bay leaf salt 2 tbsp and oil 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp vinegar.
- Make sure boil rice only 1/3 part.
- Marinate chicken with curd 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and biryani masala.
- Fry onion in ghee and then add tomato paste 1tbsp ginger garlic paste chopped mint and coriander leaves and all spices and mix well.
- Remaining little bit gravy and pour marinated chicken n boil potato stir for 5 mints in high flame.
- And then last add your 1/3boil rice into your gravy add 1tbsp orange colour on it of the top.
- And cover with foil pepper in low flame for 15 to 20 mints.
