- In the same oil add sliced tomatoes and cook until soft then add green chillies and cook for 2 more minutes..
- Add marinated chicken into the tomatoes and cook until chicken is done at last add fried potatoes with tamarind pulp and cook for more 5 minutes..
- In a large wok boiled soaked rice in the water 85% with salt..
- Time to layer the them, add rice in the bottom of pot then, layer of chicken again rice again chicken then at last rice with yellow food colour, mint leaves and garam masala sprinkle over the rice!.
